We had to tailor the project and its apartments to the current lifestyle and demands whilst maintaining its original spirit.<\/p>\n
The initial large, sun-kissed fa\u00e7ade is rare within \nthe station; its seniority and the regulation of urban planning in the 60\u2019s allowed for this specific implantation, which is why we maintained it.<\/p>\n
The extended balconies, evidence of tremendous \nmodernity for the time and still relevant today, were maintained, we chose to use steel and wood in order to keep the modernist architectural feel.<\/p>\n
Along Linga road, the building and its fa\u00e7ade were totally remodeled with gable roofs and lumber to honor the typical and traditional Abondance Valley architecture.<\/p>\n
