The initial large, sun-kissed façade is rare within the station; its seniority and the regulation of urban planning in the 60’s allowed for this specific implantation, which is why we maintained it.

The extended balconies, evidence of tremendous modernity for the time and still relevant today, were maintained, we chose to use steel and wood in order to keep the modernist architectural feel.

Along Linga road, the building and its façade were totally remodeled with gable roofs and lumber to honor the typical and traditional Abondance Valley architecture.

Finally, in order to bring residents an increased sense of well-being, we offer duplex units providing each apartment with ideal exposure and generous terraces to reach the standards of this magnificent project.
